Great work and a fair price! Got me in as scheduled and was able to do both the bed and rear wheel wells. The team here definitely cares about turning out a good product. Glad my truck came without the factory liner and I got a line-x! The factory spray in doesn’t get the one on one attention and prep work that you get from a line-x application. Not to mention that ordering a truck with a factory spray liner can delay it months since it must be shipped to a different plant for the application. Save time and spend your dollars locally with a line-x bed liner that’ll be better than factory!

I had the best experience with Line-X in Escondido. Andy was very helpful and knowledgable, followed up with verification phone call the day before, and handled everything to perfection. The product is rock solid, and the customer care is top notch. You can't go wrong.

Andy is an angel! He is so kind and helpful. He and his crew of experts installed a rugged truck liner and cover on our Ram. We LOVE it! I was able to work in their comfortable waiting room and was offered refreshments and free WiFi. Through his work, Andy found that there was a plastic tailgate cover that needed to be replaced. I called the dealer and told Andy the price and we both laughed. He then went out of his way to order the part and offer it at his cost - installed!! That is what I call over and above customer service. When I returned a few weeks later to have the part installed, I again worked in the lovely waiting room for only about 45 minutes and it was all finished. He also tightened the bed cover and made a few adjustments. When I asked Andy what my bill was, he said don't worry about it - wow!! I tried many times to pay and finally just said thank you for being so kind and generous. In a world where I sometimes think excellent customer service is a thing of the past, it is absolutely amazing to receive such a high level of care and consideration. I give LineX of Escondido 9,000 stars!!
